Cougar Volleyball Camps

2025 Positional Camps

The health and safety of coaches and participants is our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the recommendations of local health authorities and will be sending updates specific to this event as we gain more information.

NO Overnight Sessions!

Libero Camp
This camp is open to all positions and will focus on forearm passing & defensive techniques. We will address proper body position & footwork as well as out-of-system setting, serving & emergency defense.

July 18th Libero Camp

8:00am → Check in

9:00am → Session 1

11:30am → Lunch (Included)

1:00pm → Session 2

4:00pm → Pick up

Hitters Camp
This camp is for Outsides, Middles & Right Sides. We will be training footwork, technique, & various attacks as well as position specific drills for improvement of overall game execution.

July 19th Hitter Camp

8:00am→Check in

9:00am → Session 3

11:30am → Lunch (Included)

1:00pm  → Session 4

4:00pm → Pick up

Setter Camp
Will focus on training all aspects of competitive setting including footwork, body posture, hand placement as well as decision making.  Each setter will get a high number of repetitions in various situations.

July 20th Setter Camp

8:00am → Check in

9:00am → Session 5

11:30am  → Lunch (Included)

1:00pm → Session 6

4:00pm → Pick up

Facilities
All camp sessions will take place in the TD Arena, located at 301 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC.  Commuter & Positional Camp check-in location is located in the main arena on the concourse level (enter through Meeting St entrance). 

Meals
College of Charleston’s Liberty Street Fresh Food Company Dining Hall & outside food service providers will be utilized to guarantee that our athletes are receiving adequate meals during volleyball camps.

Deposit/Cancellation

A $100 deposit is due with your application for ALL CAMPS by  July 1st. There is a $50 administrative fee for ALL cancellations made up to June 10th. NO REFUNDS  for cancellations made after June 10th.
